Monarch Regulatory Services Inc. offers training, consulting, gap analysis and products relating to the national and international transportation of dangerous goods/hazardous materials (TDG/Hazmat) through all modes of transport (air, road, rail and sea). Additionally, we provide services with respect to the Global Harmonization System (GHS), the Canadian Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations (CCCR) and the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS).

2017-2018 Regulatory Cycle

Monarch is starting to prepare for the 2017-2018 regulatory cycle.

We are busy updating all of our current courses to reflect the changing regulations.

Our current courses will be updated by the end of 2016.

Our first French online course (TDG by Air: Shipper) will be ready for activation in the first quarter of 2017.

Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Air: Shipper (IATA 2015 Edition)

This course is designed to teach the additional requirements of how to ship dangerous goods by air, as required by the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations including: shipping descriptions; packing instructions; marking; labelling; segregation; etc.

Participants must have a good understanding of the ground shipping requirements. This would be demonstrated by completing the Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Ground: Shipper, or equivalent.

All participants require access to a copy of the current IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations while taking the course.
